1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bajicash platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person who accesses any part of the bajicash website or associated services. By accessing or using bajicash in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

bajicash reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time and without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version (whether produced by bajicash or a third party), the English text shall prevail.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bajicash operates. Any dispute arising from your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts. Players in Bangladesh are reminded that they are responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in their specific circumstances.

1.2 Language of Agreement

The official language of these Terms & Conditions, all platform communications, support interactions, and promotional materials on bajicash is English. bajicash operates as an English-language platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All formal notices, dispute communications, and legal correspondence between a player and bajicash must be conducted in English.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open and maintain an account on bajicash, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using bajicash in any capacity.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have independently verified that your use of bajicash is lawful in your location.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of bajicash, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from bajicash management.

bajicash reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in the suspension of the account and the freezing of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.1 Age Verification Process

Upon registration, players are required to declare their date of birth accurately. bajicash conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal above the applicable threshold. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the bajicash Privacy Policy.

If bajicash has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the player is confirmed to be a minor, the account will be closed, all gameplay will be declared void, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source. No winnings generated by a minor will be paid out under any circumstances.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bajicash. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same name, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. bajicash's systems actively monitor for duplicate account creation. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonus winnings forfeited, and genuine balances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

When registering on bajicash, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, address, or phone number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any pending balance.

3.1 KYC Documentation Requirements

bajicash applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. Players may be required to submit the following documents at any stage of their account lifecycle:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months showing the player's registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used to deposit funds.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, bajicash may request documentation to confirm the legitimate source of funds deposited into a player's account.

All KYC documents are reviewed by bajicash's security team. Processing typically completes within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to document clarity and volume. Players are encouraged to submit clear, high-resolution images or scans. Withdrawals will not be processed until all required verification is complete.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bajicash username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, access another player's account, or allow any third party to place bets using your account. bajicash strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number to add an additional layer of protection. Any activity conducted on your account using your credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to bajicash support promptly after becoming aware of it.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bajicash processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed and approved on the platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajicash does not accept cryptocurrency, international credit cards, or third-party payment processors not listed on the platform.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No maximum deposit limit is imposed by bajicash for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account (bKash, Nagad, bank account) that is registered in the same name as the bajicash account. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned.
• bajicash does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges; these are the player's responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your bajicash account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. In the case of bKash and Nagad instant transfers, this is typically immediate.
• bajicash reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds and to delay or refuse crediting of deposits pending review.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the bajicash account. bajicash does not make withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All pending withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed the verification process will have their withdrawal requests held until documentation is submitted and approved.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are 1–5 business days depending on the payment method and verification status. bajicash aims to process the majority of withdrawals within 24–48 hours during normal operating conditions.
• bajicash reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times in some cases. Players will be notified via their registered email address if a withdrawal is subject to additional review.
• Winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that do not meet the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until wagering requirements are satisfied in full.

4.3 Currency & Taka Transactions

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on bajicash are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), displayed using the ৳ symbol. bajicash does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is required for Bangladeshi players transacting via local payment methods. Players are responsible for any charges their bank or mobile financial service applies to transactions with bajicash.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

bajicash offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses at bajicash are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements") unless a promotion is explicitly stated to be "wagering-free". Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposited amount) must be staked on qualifying games before any bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means that ৳30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances and are tracked independently within your bajicash account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, bonus funds and any bonus-derived winnings are removed from the account.
• bajicash reserves the right to cancel any bonus at its discretion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotions, or breach of these Terms.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. bajicash may restrict bonus availability based on account verification status, deposit history, geographic location, or prior bonus activity at its sole discretion. Players must not create multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once. Any attempt to exploit promotions through duplicate accounts, use of third-party funding, or coordinated wagering with other accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all associated bonuses being voided and accounts suspended.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on bajicash are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport and bet type in question, which are published within the relevant betting markets on the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence in relation to the settlement of that bet.

6.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

A bet placed on bajicash is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. bajicash reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its sole discretion, including for reasons of technical error, odds pricing errors, or where a player is suspected of arbitrage or irregular betting patterns. In the event that a bet is accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds (a "palpable error"), bajicash reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account.

6.2 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to standard cricket betting rules. Markets are settled based on official match results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Matches abandoned due to weather, pitch conditions, or security concerns will be settled according to official regulations for the format in question. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted, subject to feed delay tolerances stated on the market.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on bajicash — including slots, live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), crash games, and instant-win titles — are subject to the rules embedded within each individual game as supplied by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). bajicash is not responsible for game malfunctions or interruptions caused by the game provider's systems. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets are voided and stakes returned.

6.4 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited on bajicash and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets without direct human action.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies across markets.
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes or claim bonuses fraudulently.
• Matched betting using bajicash bonuses in combination with external platforms to lock in guaranteed profit.
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or criminal activity in connection with the platform.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using bajicash, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that harms the platform, other players, or the integrity of games and betting markets available on bajicash.

Specifically, you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information to bajicash at any point, including during registration, verification, or support interactions.
• Use the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with bajicash's systems, software, databases, or networks.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or any content that could damage, disable, or impair the platform or its users.
• Use the platform while subject to a self-exclusion or account restriction order.
• Open an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to access your account.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bajicash staff or other users.
• Publish, reproduce, or distribute any bajicash proprietary content (including odds data, game assets, promotional materials) without written consent.

7.1 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

bajicash is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or terrorist financing. We apply transaction monitoring, KYC verification, and enhanced due diligence processes in accordance with applicable AML obligations. Any player suspected of using bajicash for money laundering purposes will have their account suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and the matter reported to relevant financial intelligence and law enforcement authorities. bajicash cooperates fully with lawful requests from regulatory and investigative bodies.

7.2 Intellectual Property

All content on the bajicash platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bajicash or its licensed partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bajicash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the platform.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• The player is under the age of 18.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform or other players.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

In cases where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, bajicash reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to the player following completion of the investigation, subject to applicable KYC and AML requirements.

8.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bajicash support team at support@bajicash. Players who close their account for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., self-exclusion) are encouraged to indicate this when making their request, as it enables bajicash to apply appropriate safeguards, including the suspension of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and are not reversible for the duration of the elected exclusion period.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. bajicash will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying dormancy procedures. A dormant account administration fee may be applied on a monthly basis after the initial dormancy period, in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any applicable re-verification requirements.
